The list has been updated, and on this website, it now has the links to where it can be purchased, and the genres have also been added. If you review the list, there is a common theme with many of the books.
LGBTQ, African-American, YA or Teens subjects (like dealing with death, addiction, suicide, and relationships. Some are classics. Many times the books are not being read, but just the genre or content in the description makes those who challenge the books, because they decided that the book should be banned.
