Epic story!
Hearst pens a fantastical story in Blood Coup. I have read work from this author before, and I really enjoyed it. The characters were immortal, vampiric and very bent on revenge. This author brings the story to life. The characters had a lot of depth, and were very realistic. Joliette escapes her coffin, and all hell breaks loose. It's a wonderfully, immortally dark with a hint of romance, love and betrayal. This author has a great imagination and I'm glad it's being shared with stories. It is always an honor to read this author's stories. If you love a good immortal and vampiric this book should be next on your list. Blood Coup is a definite recommendation by Amy's Bookshelf Reviews. I look forward to reading many more stories by this author.
