My Mommy is a great children's story. I love the use of rhyme to tell the story from a child's point of view. The use of graphics to tell the story tie it together very well. Robinson can certainly write for children and her style is amazing. My favorite line is "So, I do not bite her but I sure do glare. I don't like it when I have to share." (Woozie speaks about her cousin). I will recommend this book to anyone who has small children, but even my teens laughed when I showed it them.
