Where the Secret Lies by Malika Gandhi

Captivating

It is intriguing and Gandhi pulls the reader into the story right from the beginning. The story brings the reader on an adventurous and captivating journey. The characters are remarkable and believable, as two characters are from two different time periods. It is an interesting look into Indian culture and history. It is a very interesting story and though there are some differences between cultures (me, being American) it is an easy to follow story and makes the subject of reincarnation seem possible and believable. A fully inspirational story. I did like how she put the English version of an Indian word or phrase in parenthesis, so the reader knew what she meant. She caters to both Indian and English Speaking readers. I can't wait to read more of her work.
