5 Stars Page turner from beginning to End

It starts out with "I Love You" and the perception of those three words and continues from there. A very interesting and compelling story from beginning to end. Kristy creates a new life for herself as Penny to get away from a dangerous past, and meets Z. It's an intriguing tale of romance and suspense as Kristy's former life threatens the life she has built with Z. I found the characters very likeable, and was definitely rooting for Kristy and Z, and the best relationships may have Love within them, but also trust and definitely each other. I didn't read the first book, "Greater Expectations" and I only got lost in the story, not missing the first volume. Highly recommended.
