This is an interesting work that provides hope and faith, in its own way, as it explains how to help yourself before you can help others. It's that concept that dictates ways to prevent burnout or the loss of faith. I quote "Deep depression comes about which can only be resolved by self acceptance and the realization that God’s love is free," as it's inspirational and fitting for the entire book.
