This self-help book gives a lot of good advice and tips on how to declutter your life, and your mind. Ten minutes out of your day can help you be stressfree and better focus. The book gives some information about how knowing yourself, and why you are stressed can lead to helping yourself. Anyone who has tried everything to be better focused may want to check out this book to see if it can help you. Mind you, it's only a book with tips and techniques to help with worry, distractions, and lack of concentration, so it may not work for everyone, but reading it couldn't hurt.
