5 Stars Dark and enthralling
An intimate and dark sequel to Symbol of Treason. As a reader of both books, I was totally enthralled with the finale. Alice is a strong woman, and not always aware of her strength. This was a wondrous journey that faces mortality, and the choice between forgiveness or retribution is not always clear. The monster is not always clear but people are not born as monsters, and sometimes things can turn people onto the dark path. High Recommended duo, and this was a great finale. Bravo!
