Softly and Tenderly by Lisa Binion

Writer: ABSRABSR

4 Stars Terrifying

Through the eyes of a child, it's a terrifying tale. I think what makes it more terrifying is that what the child sees is not her imagination. A child waking up to deal with her mother's death, and then later, her grandmother's death is hard enough, but when she sees signs and disturbing images, it's something that can't be explained. This book is horrifying and disturbing, and I couldn't put it down for one second. Once you start, you just can't stop. A very interestingly disturbing read!
