Organisational Anatomy: A Manager’s Guide to a Healthy Organisation by Oleg Konovalov

Writer: ABSRABSR

5 Stars Intelligent & Helpful

This is a great book for the professional, especially for those in management or looking to go into management. It is an intelligent book, meaning that it gives credible information and the author certainly knows this topic very well. Konovalov writes a well organized book, and I like the analogies that were put into this book. The quote of Albert Einstein stating that “everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler" is the perfect synopsis for this book. Fulfilling the organization's values and mission statements while still being human sets the stage for gaining the most potential.
