Avocado Flowers: From the Orchards of California to the Streets of Mexico by Julie Bawden-Davis

Stunning sequel

I enjoyed the first book so much ("Leaving Panama's Paradise") that I definitely had to read the sequel. It's one of those books you can't put down, and if you do, you're forced to. The author writes well and brings the reader right in the middle of a child trafficking ring. The plot is written at the right pace, and it's one of those thrillers that leap into romance. There's plenty of action in this story and it is a definite page-turner, so much you may read a few (or many)

pages twice before moving on, (I know I did).
