Another personal journey

It makes sense that I would continue to read McDonnell's work, and I am. This

is the sixth book in her personal journey through life. Something about her writing makes you care about her perception of life. She has great insight and observations, which makes for a great writer and human being. I had to look up "Vespers" in the dictionary to see if there was some importance to the title, and Merriam-Websters states it's "(1) the sixth of the canonical hours that is said or sung in the late afternoon (2) a service of evening worship" And for this it fits. Journey of life is not a straight path, and it often relies on faith and beliefs.
