provocative, enticing and completely sexual
This is definitely an erotic romance, as a couple new to each other, start a
relationship that includes BDSM. I like that it showed both Laura's and Jack's perspective without being in first person. It's full of heat and intensity, and shows a responsible act for entering the lifestyle of BDSM. Too many times people look at it as being taboo but I think people assume too much about it and don't realize what it entails. I enjoyed this story as it's the first one of Casteel's that I read, but I will definitely continue to read more of her work.
