Curse of the Jenri by Stephanie Barr

compelling and gripping

Barr certainly can tell a good story, and she created this magical fantasy that is a clean, and fulfilling story. The characters have depth, and the base of the story shows different sides to women, and their place in this time period. Ah, yes, the age where men stood tall with sexy women at their side, more for

status and as a prize than anything else. The story is filled with sorcery and magic, and the line between good and evil. A grand adventurous story!
