Solving societies problems
The author writes well and lends solutions for solving some of society's major and challenging problems. Some of the problems are solvable, if implemented properly and some suggestions for solving has merit. The problems outline range from crime to customer service, to terrorist and weight management. Not all problems are life or death, and some have more of an opinion rather than something that can be initiated, but the book is well put together, and a very interesting read.
