This isn't a typical diet book, but it is an interesting collection of recipes and tips for helping people lose weight. It provides an interesting perspective on eating healthy. The author seemed to have done a lot of research on this and it
pays off in the book. If you're looking to lose weight, it may be an interesting read. I personally think the title is more of a gimmick rather than guarantee, but it is eye catching.
