For anyone who wants some tips and strategies for making a winning business, I recommend Konovalov's work. This book, is a great read for anyone in the corporate world environment, but even great for those looking to start or who are in the middle of their own business. I find this to be a great tool and gives many thought-provoking and innovative ideas and tips. I found Chapter Four "Energy Sources" and its sub headings to give a lot of information, especially about being positive, such as respect and self-respect. It's a well-written business tool that can be used for many applications in business and even personally.
