This is an interesting book about the OLSET, which is a strategy for organizational learning. It seems like a lot of research went into creating this book, and it could possibly help individuals as well as organizations. Some pretty good guidelines and it was written in a way that even a novice could understand and follow. There are different methodologies and how those could work, so it's an interesting read, but I have to admit, that some things, just
