New look at eating healthy
This book gets your attention, showing the reader that eating healthy does not have to boring and bland, or even to think of it as a diet. There are loads of healthy recipes, with a hot and spicy flair. It's a great cookbook for anyone who wants to change the way they eat, and even explore spicier, healthy foods. I look forward to trying some more of these recipes myself. It's not a fad, it's a spicier way to eat and feel good about it. This book was well put together, and very easy to follow.
