Good premise
This was an interesting romance, and I liked the heroine. She was something special. I also like the fact that there was another story just hiding within the diary. Leila is a strong character, with a lot of depth. She has a lot of challenges to overcome, especially with her family. The build up for romance is there, with things always getting in the way. I gave it three stars because I felt some things should have been developed a bit more and some felt out of order, but I did enjoy the story, and will definitely read more of Oprea's work in the future.
