Extremely eye-opening

This is an amazing memoir as the author is writing from her own experience. I feel it's very powerful, and it shows the strength of the author. Not only because of what she experienced, but that she was able to write it down to share with others. She found herself and some desires she never knew she had, and it opened something up inside her. Not all of her experiences were good, but it was through self-exploration, and taking risks, even taking too much risks, she survived and was better for it. This book was raw and gritty, and intense, and even sad in some ways. It's one of those that you can't help but read, and deeply feel for the author, and feel proud of how she became herself. She finds something inside herself, and even lusts for what some would believe her desires were taboo, but she is true to herself. She's even looking forward to a future, and not looking back at the past. I look forward to more stories from this new author.
