A great look into a life
This story was written by Stevens about his mother, and but she was also an integral part of the story telling. Stevens told me she was a contributing author but she passed away, sadly, in 2011. It's a remarkable story and it not only shows the life of Berthella Stevens, but it shows the love of a son. The words paint a magnificent picture of the ups and downs, and pursuit of life. It's a fabulous memoir that is heartfelt and dramatic. A great story, and well worth the peek into the life of Stevens. I look forward to reading more by this new author.
