Intriguing story
The Click is the first book that I've read by Shear, and I really enjoyed reading it. The premise of ending life in this futuristic world at age 75, reminds me of an updated "Logan's Run." However, there is a definite depth to the story and how life is projected to end in "The Click" and it's aging process, is filled with twists. Shear writes this story well, and brings some thought into the writing. I will definitely read more of Shear's work.
