Powerful!

The chance to grow. The chance to unblock yourself and set yourself free. The words of inspiring power and infliction of self! Amazing. The stories bring a therapeutic and awe intensive connection to help the reader grow from within. The depth of impact in finding that "safe place" is stronger than any supernatural power. Gedall has shared experiences and stories that give the reader a strength by learning about others. The stories and poems teach the reader that everyone has it within themselves to help heal and to empower themselves. My favorite line gives the conception of the book, "set free the suffering Liberate pleasure, Inhale life and exist. Fully."
