A wonderful story

Stack pens a grand story in The Bottom of the Lake. Or I should say, Stack pens several grand stories within The Bottom of the Lake. Each girl has a story and they are linked and connected. It's not all dark, nor is it all humor and light. Stack has just the proper balance in telling the story, and giving each girl her own voice. The girls find themselves in the middle of a sinister and chilling story. This is the first book by Stack that I've read, and if this says anything about how well he writes, I will definitely read more by this author.
