Powerful read!

Lindsey shares a wonderfully powerful read about a woman's survival in an abusive marriage. It was not an easy book for me to read, as I have a history that is not dissimilar to Cara's in the book, but it was worth the read. Lindsey shows the emotions, the embarrassment and shame, and tears of loneliness and fear. A wonderful story that leads to a victorious life, and learning from one's own past, and not hiding, but embracing it for a better change in life. It's a magnificent story, and yes, it was hard to read at times, but I walked away, and soon came back to it. It can be very emotional, especially if it is in anyway relatable to the reader.
