Grand Read

What a grandly dark story in Making Monsters: Dark Origins by AJ Parnell. This is the first book of this author that I've read. I enjoyed this dark story and the wonderous creatures within. Yes, unfortunately ,the creature is a supernatural serial killer, so part person, part monster, and he's leaving a path of kills from England to South Africa. This book has a lot of twists and turns, and corruption, and you never know what's going to happen next. The story was troubling, but in a way that it tells a detailed story. The story brings in the believable, even if almost impossible. This author is a great storyteller. The story brings the reader on a grand journey. I hope to read more books by this author. Making Monsters: Dark Origins is a definite recommendation by Amy's Bookshelf Reviews.
