Intense and thrilling
Rogers pens a thrilling story in An Unexpected Evil. I haven't read anything from this author before, and I really enjoyed it. The characters were not just out of this world, but also intense and realistic. This author brings the stories to life. The pace of the story fit this type of story, and shared sub plots, which works. There is a great chemistry between the characters, and a depth that makes them realistic and flawed. The story brings in the believable, even if almost impossible. I have fast become a big fan of Rogers. I look forward to reading more by this author. This book is a definite recommendation by Amy's Bookshelf Reviews.
