Anne C. Miles - Draig: The Call of the Lorica 2
Genre: Fantasy
4 Stars
A great sequel to Sorrowfish
What a grand fantastical story in Draig: The Call of the Lorica 2 by Anne C. Miles. It's the second book in the Call of Lorica series, and a great sequel to Sorrowfish, which I read and enjoyed as well. The story brings in the believable, even if almost impossible. Dane and Sarah are in separate worlds, but definitely have a connection. There are battles, and evil that linger over the worlds created by Miles. It's an interesting read, and how the battles are written, shows what can happen with hate and misunderstandings. Dane is now learning his powers, and go to Draig. It is a very well-written plot, and I enjoyed it. This author is a great storyteller. The story brings the reader on a superb journey. Who could ask for more when it's filled with magical/fantastical creatures and other interesting beings? It's literally out of this world! This read is more than just words on a page. Draig: The Call of the Lorica 2 is a definite recommendation by Amy's Bookshelf Reviews. I read this book to give my unbiased and honest review. Amy's Bookshelf Reviews recommends that anyone who reads this book, to also write a review.
