Magnficent Read!!
What a captivating story in Audrey by Sean-Paul Thomas. I haven't read work from this author before, and I enjoyed this story. This author brings Audry to life. It's a remarkably written title where it brings Audrey into a new life, with someone she just met. And it was probably just what she needed. Audrey is a raw and intelligent, and very likeable, especially with her wondrous flasws of hard drinking and chain-smoking. You could almost hear her smoker-induced raspy voice. Audrey meets Joe, who is definitely someone that could be bad news for Audrey, and she knows it, but takes the chance. This author has a great imagination. It is a very well-written plot, and I enjoyed it. It’s one of those embraceable stories. It’s definitely un-put-downable! This is a magnificent story that kept this reader turning the pages. This title is a definite attention grabber, so much I couldn't put it down. I was picturing a once-elegant woman, who let life hit her hard, and she was just someone who needed something. Masterfully written! This author not only tells the story but shows it with words as well. Audrey is a definite recommendation by Amy's Bookshelf Reviews. I look forward to reading many more books by this author. Audrey is definitely more than your typical romance!
