Unique perspective
Maynard's CHATROOM with a VIEW is a very well-written story. It revolves around Troy, an interesting character and a heroic, yet damaged, soul. His mother always said “Nobody ever said life was fair" and this proved to be the theme for the story. Troy's life is full of traumatic events, and must make a split-second decision, that seemed to make sense to him, as his mind is full of haunting words from his parents, that seem to dictate his life and actions. A definitely memorable story, which brings the reader into the middle of the chaos that is Troy's life. From dealing with his parents to his new stalker ... And that is just the beginning ... I read this book from beginning to end, a few times reviewing the previous chapter, just to make sure I didn't miss anything. A page-turner, filled with psychological action! I will always be honored to read Maynard's work, and this is no exception. I look forward to reading many more stories by this author. This book is a definite recommendation by Amy's Bookshelf Reviews.
