Thrilling

The fourth book in the Freeman Files series, Deadly Formula, has multiple layers of plot points and story connections. The Crime Review team is more than just a team to solve cold case crimes, but how they interact with each other, both professional and personally. It's another amazingly written story by Tayler, that creates the perfect balance of thrills, actions and intellect. The new case is just as interesting as previous cases, and this, once again, was a real page-turner, savoring every word. Gus is a strong character, but also has had an intimate connection that stays on his mind. The title drew me in, but the story made me stay. The author's technique of intense characters and great plotlines is a gift. It's a great story to follow and try to figure out what will happen next. I hope there may be more in store for Gus and his team. I look forward to reading more by this author. This book is a definite recommendation by Amy's Bookshelf Reviews.
