A new kind of book from Yiangou
All of the books that I've read by Yiangou have been children's books, both information, educational and fun. This book intrigued me, and it didn't disappoint. I think this book would for anyone, and it is filled with quotes, and places to write in a journal, and in some ways, it felt like an adult workbook, for the mind, body and even spirit. It was interesting to turn the pages, and see what this author had to offer. It was a well-thought out book, and I could see it being beneficial to a lot of people. I look forward to reading more by this author.
