Magnificent storytelling
Kortchik has written a magnificent story. I've read this author's work before, and I was definitely not disappointed with this thrilling story. The characters have a lot of depth and growth, while the plot keeps the reader turning the pages, breathlessly awaiting for whatever comes next. It's filled with mystery and intrigue, and the reader gets pulled in from the beginning. Claire is a very strong character, probably stronger than she realizes. The secrets led to more, and even more. I found it to be very unpredictable, which is what I love about a story. I look forward to reading more by this author. This read is definitely recommended by Amy's Bookshelf Reviews.
