Interesting take on management
Konovalov shares a lot of information in nonfiction books, that is helpful to the professional, whether in management or just someone on their way up. LEADEROLOGY follows the lead on the theme of business and management styles. This book is well written, and it does not talk down to the reader. It shares case studies, and different expert opinions, it is designed to help the leadership competencies of an individual. It may not work for everyone, but it gives information that may be useful, even suggesting improvements on current management styles and different performance. Always, information. This book is recommended by Amy's Bookshelf Reviews. I look forward to reading more by this author.
