Mary Jackson Peale by M.G. Crisci

3 Stars

Interesting Premise

Crisci writes an interesting and unique story in Mary Jackson Peale. It was filled with action, emotions and mystery, but in some places, it felt a little disjointed. However, I liked the premise of the story, maybe it was more like two stories in one that should've been written as two stories, not just one. I read this one twice, to get a better sense of the characters. It's a book that is worth the read, but needed a bit more details of time and place to feel a bit more accurate. I do, however, look forward to reading more by this author.
