Miss: The Girl in Disguise by Z Jeffries

4 Stars

A great sequel

Jeffries pens a grand story in Miss: The Girl in Disguise. I have read work from this author before, and I really enjoyed it. This is the second book in the Hide & Seek Chronicles. I read the first one, and it was a wonderful read, and I liked this one as well. Chase is a complex character, with a lot of depth. The story is in a world where people have to hide their true being, so, it's very, very realistic, even though is a YA fantasy. Chase and This author has a great imagination and I'm glad it's being shared with stories. Chase and Harla are pitted against each other, and then ... that's where I'll leave this. It is a very well-written story, and I enjoyed it. It is always a joy to read this author's stories. It is indeed an incredible story of "Hide" and "seek." The author's technique of raw, magnetic characters and great plotlines is a gift. It's a great story to follow and try to figure out what will happen next. This author's characters develop and interacts well with the other characters. I look forward to reading the books that follow this on. Miss: The Girl in Disguise is a definite recommendation by Amy's Bookshelf Reviews. I look forward to reading many more stories by this author.
