Grand Read
Beatriz writes a grand story with Notre-Dame, a Cross in the heart. It's an interesting twist of romance and mystery, bringing the reader in the middle of a love story, and how it began. Of course, it's a tragic romance as well, as these "star-crossed" lovers are forbidden to be with each other, let alone love each other. Filled with family secrets and darkness, but also light and lust, this story works. The characters have a lot of depth, and connection, even when they don't want one. I look forward to reading more by this author.
