Remarkable Story
Poole-Carter pens a wonderfully interesting, and historical story in Only Charlotte. I was grabbed from the first words in this story. This is a grand story set in post-Civil war, New Orleans. This author can certainly tell a gripping and compelling story. The author shares the culture along with wonderful characters that make the reader want to know what happens next. I like how this story was told, the strange relationship between Gilbert and Charlotte, and it was told by Lenore, which added to its intrigue and mystery. I look forward to reading more by this author.
