A grand time to read this story!
Grossi pens an interesting story in Shadows. I haven't read anything from this author before, and I really enjoyed it. The characters were intense and very unique. It is an interesting time to be reading this, as it takes place years after an outbreak, and it's a grand journey. It's chilling and mysterious as answers supply more questions, and this post-apocalyptic story is well-written. The story brings in the believable, even if almost impossible (but who knows). A definite attention grabber. This story was intriguing and kept the reader guessing. Shadows is a very fitting title, because you never know what's hiding in the darkness. I look forward to reading more by this author. This book is a definite recommendation by Amy's Bookshelf Reviews.
