Fantastical story about Celestine
What a fantastical story in She's the One Who Can't Keep Quiet by S. R. Cronin. I haven't read work from this author before, and I enjoyed this story. This is the fifth book of War Stories of the Seven Troublesome Sisters. I haven't read the books that came before this, but reading this, makes me want to (and any that follow this one, as well) This author brings the story to life. Celestine is an interesting character, and also how she fits in with the rest of her sisters. There is a war going on, but Celestine is trying to figure out a better way than her sisters to deal with it. She wants to inspire, and not necessarily get married because she's supposed to. I enjoy Celestine, and how she lives her life, and it's what she wants, and she figures out what she needs to do, not what is expected of her. This story was very intriguing and unpredictable. The author's technique of raw, magnetic characters and great plotlines is a gift. It seems like the different books in the series are about individual sisters, and I'd like to get to know them all. She's the One Who Can't Keep Quiet is a definite recommendation by Amy's Bookshelf Reviews. I look forward to reading many more titles by this author.
