A very valuable business tool!
Dr. Lamm-Hartman pens a remarkably valuable title in The Authenticity Code™: The Art and Science of Success and Why You Can’t Fake It to Make It. Having worked in the corporate world in the past, I understand the need for authenticity in leadership. However, though this is set to the professional business leader, other leaders of teams or groups would also benefit from reading this title. I haven't read work from this author before, and I really enjoyed it. This book gives a lot of information about being real, authentic, and be who you are, as the leader. Communication is key, and being an effective leader, is important to any supervisor, manager, or team leader (and the like). Dr. Lamm-Hartman brings truth to professionals in this title, and shows the science of being authentic. Being true. The Authenticity Code™: The Art and Science of Success and Why You Can’t Fake It to Make It is a definite recommendation by Amy's Bookshelf Reviews. I look forward to reading many more titles by this author.
