Fairy tales aren't so safe after all!
Tate pens a grand story in The Fairy Tale Thief. I have read work from this author before, and I really enjoyed it. The characters were interesting and very intriguing. This author brings Grace in the middle of her own fairy tale ... nightmare. Picture seven little men, stalking Grace to retrieve the secret mirror. This author has a great imagination and I'm glad it's being shared with stories. It is always a joy to read this author's stories. It's a wonderful take on a fairy tale, with dark tendencies and unforeseen twists. To be honest, it's close to the original dark fairy tales that were remade into magical happily ever after. What an enjoyable journey. The Fairy Tale Thief is a definite recommendation by Amy's Bookshelf Reviews. I look forward to reading many more stories by this author.
