THE INTRINSIC SELF: How defining yourself and your worth by your achievements and usefulness is unde

4 Stars

A help yourself, self-help book

Portnoy writes from experience and with the intention of having those who read it, help themselves and see the good in their lives. It's written very well, and not too clinical, as it gives great information. I can see this topic used for many different types of personalities and individualities. It's a useful resource, and great information and self-confidence building. The Intrinsic self, gives the reader information on how to discover your own true self. I look forward to reading more by this author.
