Gripping!
Kerr shares a remarkable gripping story in The Man Inside Me. The story revolves around the love of two men in Victorian London, and a sinister shadow that lingers over them. It feels more like there is more than one shadow, as the past and even present is haunting, and trying to hold on to what is there and what has been. It's one of those interesting love stories, that has more than love and romance. The connection between Gabriel and Henry is undeniable, and I was reading this on the edge of my seat. It's a real page-turner, and very unpredictable, and in some ways, heart-aching, while be chilling and heartfelt at the same time, if that's possible. I look forward to reading more by this author.
