It's all about love

The Tao of Tantric Yoga is written very well, and gives a lot of information. The author and illustrators bring this book to life. There is a lot of information, and some I wasn't aware of. I looked up Tantric to see it's origin, and it relates to principles of Hindu or Buddhism using mantras, meditation and yes, yoga. I haven't read work from this author before but I liked this book. This book intertwines sexuality, love, and spiritualism. According to the author, " Tantric Yoga awakens us to a deeper understanding of our bodies, and how the body is connected to the expression and experience of the emotions, and the magnitude that comes with chakra purification." If you're looking for ways to explore yourself, your true self, this is a good read. It may not fit what some think of yoga, but it has a deeper meaning. The Tao of Tantric Yoga is a definite recommendation by Amy's Bookshelf Reviews. I look forward to reading many more stories by this author.
