4 Stars Fun and educational Baker creates wonderful stories in her Grandma Stories series. This book, Vinny the Vegetarian Vulture, focuses on the letter "V." The story is fun and educational, and children learn the letter both uppercase and lowercase and the great sounds that the letter V makes. "Vinny The Vulture lived in a verdant valley on the verge of a vacant volcano ..." Baker's stories and graphics are unique and interesting, and children will enjoy the story. This book can be read to a child, or a book that a child can be read by a child. Learning can be fun, and these books prove it. I look forward to reading more by this author. This book is a definite recommendation by Amy's Bookshelf Reviews.
