White Oaks by Jill Hand

5 Stars

Very unique story

Hand writes a very unique story in White Oaks. This was a definite page-turner, and it is not so black and white as to who would be the villain, if there is even one to find. The story is one the is not only driven by loyalty and greed, but also the will to "do anything" in order to get both. I won't give the details of the story, but I like how Hand writes, and how the story plays out. It's got that perfect pace to keep the reader's heart pounding, and interest, wondering what will happen next. Nothing I found in this story was predictable, and the story was definitely painted with words, so much you could picture it. Quite an imagination by Hand. I look forward to reading more by this author.
