Review Showcase: Secret Need by Satin Russell

4 Stars

Thrilling

It's a romance mixed with suspense, and it is one of those

unexpected stories. Secrets are always lurking in small towns, but this story has a new spin on suspense. A connection between Alex and Liz, as they are coming together, despite the past childhood relationship. Kids really do grow up and become adults, but not everything can be forgotten. Fate or something throws them together and they have to come together to get out of it. It is well written and thrilling, with both predictable and unpredictable twists that come their way. I didn't read the first story, but this was one that could be read without reading the first. I may just go back and read the first one though.

Satin Russell's title "Secret Need" came in at number 3 in the Best Indie Books Title of 2017.
