Good news for new authors (authors that haven't yet, but will request at least one book review from my blog).
I have added a "FOURTH" shelf to my PRIMARY SHELF (so, now there are four instead of three). I have also added two place holders on the TOP SHELF of the PRIMARY SHELF. These place holders are for authors who wish to purchase a position on the TOP SHELF (move their title up higher).
What this means for new requests? Well, currently all titles that are listed on the STAND BY SHELF, will be transitioned to the third and then fourth shelf, once the author confirms they want this transition. Then, once all the "current" titles are moved over, there will a slight change in the request process.
New Requests will still have to fill out the STAND BY FORM. However, if there is room on the FOURTH PRIMARY LIST, (there are approximately 25 spaces on each shelf), the author will be notified that their title can be listed there immediately, and they will receive information on the next step.
Any request from now (non-release day requests), will still go to the stand by list, and will have to follow the transition policy, until the current process is complete.
Thank you for your time. I have already sent an email to all of the authors whose titles are on the STAND BY list, and am waiting for responses.
